View Document Inventory

You can view a complete inventory of all documents across your domains.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the DocAccess website

  2. Navigate to the Reports tab
    DocAccess Control Center highlighting the Reports section.

  3. Select Document Inventory

  4. View a list of all documents across all your domains

  5. Expand each tab to view additional information:

    • Summary Statistics: See an overview of your document inventory.
      Summary statistics showing total domains, links, documents, pages, and accessibility data.

    • Document Age Analytics: View document analytics by age range and exclusion date.
      Analysis of document age, showing included and excluded pages by publication year.

    • Document Content Analytics: See a breakdown of document types, languages, content features, and sizes based on AI pre-assessment metadata.

    • All Documents and Links Discovered: View a comprehensive list of all URLs discovered by DocAccess during the crawling process. This includes successful documents, duplicates, broken links, errors, and other edge cases that may not appear in the main inventory summary. This detailed view is primarily used for troubleshooting.

    • File Types Discovered: Every link discovered on your sites, broken down by file type (based on the file extension in the URL). Documents Found counts links that were downloaded and processed into a document, such as images, audio, and web pages are analyzed for discovery but not processed as documents.

    • Inventory Notes: View a history log of notes from spider crawls on your sites.
