View Your Document Accessibility Report

The Document Accessibility Report provides a comprehensive compliance overview, including document scores, issue analysis, and remediation status, as well as axe-core scans of your website pages against WCAG 2.1 AA.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the DocAccess website

  2. Navigate to the Reports tab
    DocAccess Control Center highlighting the Reports section.

  3. On the Accessibility Report tab, click Document Report

  4. The Document Accessibility Report shows the compliance score, processing, enabled, and total documents

  5. The Accessibility Status shows additional information

  6. View the Top Accessibility Issues Found for your account
    Accessibility issues found in documents, highlighting missing structure, language, and alternative text.

  7. See the traditional PDF viewer and toggle After: With DocAccess to see how the PDF appears on your site with DocAccess.

  8. Toggle between the Print View and the Accessible View to show how mobile-friendly a document, form, or map becomes.

    Note:

    PDF forms are also fillable and mobile responsive.

  10. You can Share, Print, or download a PDF of the report using the buttons at the top of the page.
