Add a Subscriber to a List

Admins can add a single subscriber to a list. If you would like to bulk upload subscribers, view the Import Subscribers article.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your organization's Notifications Admin site (http://notifications.civicplus.com/[orgname]/admin)

  2. Click the Subscription Lists tab Subscriber Lists option in the left navigation menu.

  3. Click Actions and then Subscribers next to the applicable list Actions menu next to a Subscription List with Subscribers selected.

  4. Click the Add Subscriber button Add Subscriber button.

  5. Fill out the subscriber fields Add Subscriber fields.

    • Email: Enter the email address for the user. If the email already exists in the system, the form will auto-populate from the user's profile.

    • First/Last Name: Add the user's first and last name.

    • Phone Number (Optional): Add a contact phone number for the user

    • Subscription Type: Select if the user should receive email and or SMS notifications

  6. Click SaveSave button on the add subscriber pop-up.
