Improved Messaging for Permissions Errors

CivicPlus users who lack permission to access payment reporting will now be greeted with improved/additional guidance to better enable self-support.

CivicPlus Payments: Additional Columns Added to All Reports

CivicPlus Payments Gateway Configuration Owner and Account Owner users can view additional columns in each report, when relevant:

Payments Report new columns.

CivicPlus Pay Transaction ID: Unique identifier used by CivicPlus support to track transactions across products/systems.
Gateway Name: Corresponds to the Gateway Configuration name used for the transaction
API Client Name: Corresponds to the Gateway API Client Name used for the transaction
