Released Enhancements
Option to Disable "Hand Key" Entry on EMV Hosted Forms for CardPointe
To help finance teams enforce card data security policies, we’ve added a new “Hide Hand Key Card” option in CardPointe Gateway Configuration settings. When enabled, the "Hand Key" option will no longer appear on EMV Hosted Form transactions, preventing frontline staff from manually entering card information.
By default, this option is disabled for all new and existing CardPointe configurations, allowing you to choose whether to restrict manual card entry. When disabled, the "Hand Key" option remains available as before. Both manual and card transactions continue to process successfully regardless of the setting.
This update helps improve compliance and reduces reliance on manual controls to prevent unauthorized card data entry.
Enhanced Reporting: Expected Deposit Date Now Visible for Recreation Management Payments
We’ve added a new “Expected Deposit Date” column to both the Payments and Chargebacks reports. This update helps you easily track when funds are expected to be deposited for each transaction. The new column is also included in all report exports, providing a complete view whether you’re reviewing reports online or offline.
Filter by Gateway Configuration Owner
You can now filter Gateway Configurations by Owner using a user's name or email, making it easy to see which configurations a specific user owns. This feature also supports exports, so filtered results can be downloaded as expected.
