CC / BCC Added to Sent Message Email Details

The Notifications Admin service recently added support for integrated products to leverage CC and BCC fields as needed when sending emails. With this update, the Notifications Admin interface now reflects that change, allowing admin users to see any CC and BCC recipients in the Email Details view of a sent message.
