Where does the LTE services bill come from?

This pulls from the Cardpointe merchant processing fees. It should be listed as a wireless fee or platform fee.

Where will the bill go to?

It will go to Fiserv and the wireless provider.

How much will we be charged for using the LTE services?

There is no hard cost to the partner.

How do we enable LTE on the Clover Flex device?

There is a setting on the Clover terminals that is found within merchant mode by swiping your finger from the top of the terminal and pulling it down. You will see a pop-up with settings indicating a Wi-Fi symbol, two arrows pointing up and down, airplane mode, reboot, and shut down. The arrows pointing up and down must be enabled (turn green) for the device to toggle and enable LTE. The LTE will take over if Wi-Fi is unchecked or not connected.
