Released Enhancements
Enhancement to Subscription Management
Users will now manage their email and SMS subscriptions through the Resident Portal. Previously, users accessed a public interface within the Notifications product to manage subscriptions for a limited set of product lists and publications.
With this update:
Visitors to the previous public interface will be redirected to the centralized Alerts & Notifications section in the CivicPlus Portal.
The new interface offers all the subscription options from the prior system, plus additional lists for other CivicPlus products (availability depends on the customer/organization's product configuration).
This improvement streamlines subscription management and ensures a unified experience across CivicPlus products.
Users will note the following redirects in place:

Now: Redirects to CivicPlus Portal Alerts & Notifications

Administrative users should use this URL to access the administrative settings in Notifications.
Application Switcher URLs were updated to point administrative users directly to this address.
