This article will show you how to find answers and information regarding Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in CivicPlus Mobile.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the FAQ module: FAQ icon with question mark.

  2. Tap Search by Category: Search by Category.

  3. Select a Category using the dropdown menu, if necessary: Categories dropdown menu.

  4. Tap Search by Word or Phrase to refine your search, if necessary: Search by keyword or phrase.

  5. Tap View Questions: View Questions button.

  6. Tap a question that you would like to view the answer to: Question card results from search.

  7. View a brief answer: Brief answer under question.
