This article will demonstrate troubleshooting tips post-setup of CSG Forte payment terminals.

Prerequisites

Before following the steps in this guide, please complete the setup process.

Installing Forte Device Drivers

Run the Device Driver as an Administrator

Right-click on the program and click Run as administrator
It will ask you if you want to set up the eDynamo, select Yes
If you have already installed the drivers you should select Repair and then Finish
Run a test transaction, you should see a screen similar to the following
