Limited Access to Ignore Operations
AI Content Advisor now allows for control of which user groups can access the “Ignore” functionality in the Stale Content Report. CivicPlus can configure group-level permissions from the settings page. This helps improve governance and accuracy in the Stale Content Report. It also ensures that only authorized users can mark content as ignored or remove items from the ignored list. This change means:
Only users in permitted groups will see the “Ignore” option in the Stale Content Report’s action menu and can ignore/unignore items.
Users without permission will not see or use the ignore options. They can still view ignored items if needed.
Permission changes take effect immediately. This makes it easier to manage access as teams change.
