The AI Content Advisor Stale Content Report highlights the pages on your municipal website that may need attention based on how long it’s been since they were last updated. You can filter the report by content state to focus your review on the pages that matter most.
Each page is labeled with a state based on how far along it is in its review cycle. If you’re not ready to update a page right away, you can choose to ignore it for now. Ignored content will be hidden from the main report for three, six, or 12 months, depending on the timeframe you select. This flexible review process helps you stay in control of your content without losing track of what needs attention later.
This article will show you how to review your State Content Report.

Click the kebab menu (three dots icon) to the right of a page’s details to take an action, if desired

Copy Link: Copy the URL of the webpage to your device’s clipboard for saving or pasting
Ignore this item: Temporarily hide the page from the Stale Content Report by ignoring it for one, three, or 12 months
Note:
Clicking “Ignore this item” will open an Ignore State Content Item pop-up. You can click the “Do not show for” menu and select the one, three, or 12 month option as desired. Once you have clicked the Ignore Content Item button, the ignore period will begin.
