Forte Verifone V400C Billing Information Page Updates
The Forte Verifone V400C Billing Information page has been updated to improve the user check-out experience workflow. Prior to this enhancement, users were required to enter their names on the Billing Information page before completing their checkout. Per guidance from Forte, we are now populating this field with the text ‘Account Holder’ to allow the user to continue without manually entering information.
While the Billing Information page is not entirely bypassable for the Forte/V400C experience, we expect this enhancement will improve the efficiency of the user flow during checkout.
