Any user that has the Pay Tray Application installed for their Windows profile should be able to access the debug window. This window is meant as a quick check into the inner workings of the tray application for users who do not have administrator rights. Logging to this window does not get persisted.
Important Note
To use this feature, you must be using version 2.1 or higher.
Opening the Debug Window
Right-click on the Pay Tray App icon in your Windows Tray
Select Debug Window
While the window is open, it will capture information
Note:
Once you close the window, this information will be lost unless you have logging turned on in your settings.
