The Pay Tray App has a set of settings for each integration.
Settings Per User
All settings in the Pay Tray App are scoped to each user’s Windows profile. This means that when a user logs in to Windows for the first time after the Pay Tray App has been installed, they will need to configure their settings.
If you switch between Windows profiles, the settings and the tray app will reflect the user who is using the computer.
View Your Pay Tray App Settings
Right-click on the Pay Tray App on your Windows tray
Select Settings
Use the appropriate settings to configure your integration. See our guides for Authorize.net and Heartland.
Note: You must only configure the section for the integration you are using. You do not need to configure all settings.
