Session Timeouts with Global Payments Integrated

If you are using Global Payments Integrated as your payment gateway, the end-user has 5 minutes to complete their payment information before their session times out. This time limit has been set by Global Payments Integrated for security purposes.

If the user’s session has timed out, they have the opportunity to try again.

Web Central

In Web Central, the user will need to click the Try Again button.

Recreation Management

In Recreation Management, the user will see Expired Session and a Click here to try again link.

Expired Session Error

To confirm a session timeout, log in to the Payments Portal and navigate to the activity log. Here, the error will be listed as Expired Session.

If you click the raw response, you should see something like this:

This means that the user did not complete their payment within the time allotted.
