Share a Link to a Filtered Notifications List

Filters applied in the Resident Portal Notifications tab instantly update the URL in your browser's address bar. This allows you to direct public users to specific subscription lists without requiring them to go through the hassle of filtering and searching for the desired content.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your Resident Portal site

  2. Navigate to the Notifications tab The Alerts and Notifications option in the Resident Portal navigation menu.

  3. Apply Filters and/or search for a specific term Notification management interface showing search and filter options for notifications.

  4. The Resident Portal web address will update to include your filters/search keywords Resident Portal URL with specific keywords highlighted.

  5. Copy and paste the link where needed
