The CivicPlus Organization service supports the storage and access of Application Credentials for the Mass Notification System (formerly CivicReady). Organization Owners are able to add a credential to an existing Application. The credentials enable integrations in the Integration Hub.
Credentials may also be set up by CivicPlus staff to connect your Mass Notification System with the CivicPlus Portal.
Instructions
- Sign in to CivicPlus Organizations
- Navigate to the Applications tab
- Select Actions and then Manage Credentials next to a Mass Notification application
- Click New Credential
- Add a Name for the credential
- Select the Credential Type
- API Key: Use for setting up Integration Hub credentials
- Tenant: Use for setting up the Mass Notification in CivicPlus Portal
- Fill out the remaining fields. These will differ depending on the Credential Type selected above.
- Click Save
