Inside Authorize.net’s Customer Information Manager, you can see all the payment methods that users have saved if you have elected to store payment methods.
Accounts
If you have a blended account set up with Authorize.net, all of your customer information is stored in one place, making it seamless for payment methods to process across in-person and eCommerce configurations.
If you have separate accounts, you will have difficulty sharing saved payment methods across your locations. It is possible to consolidate your accounts to one gateway ID by contacting your merchant services provider. In some instances, they can do a partner-to-partner transfer.
Partner-to-partner transfers allow all customer information (Customer Profile IDs, Payment Profiles ID) to be moved from one account to another and preserve IDs. Once you check with your merchant service provider, you will need to also check with Authorize.net to see if you are eligible for the transaction.
If you are not eligible for a transfer, you will not be able to process cards across all of your locations. Please consult with your Implementation Consultant or Project Manager to review your options.
