Form Center submissions include links to download attachments in the email notification. Any user added to the "Submit To" field will receive a link to view the attachments. Recipients will not need to log in to the site to view the files.
The download link is based on a token that expires 1 year from the date it is generated.
Important Note:
While delivery and attachments are secure, this is not suitable for collecting PII or enabled for Encrypted Forms.
