CivicPlus Organizations Steps
You will only need to follow these steps if you need to give users access to add and manage Integrations. These users will not have full access to Integration Hub. If there are additional users who need to have full access to Integration Hub, please contact Support.
- Add an “Integration Hub” group to CivicPlus Organizations
- Add any necessary users to the organization
- Add these users to the Integration Hub Group
Integration Hub Steps
- Navigate to Integration Hub
- Grant Groups of Users access to Integration Hub if necessary (see Organizations section above for more details)
- Set up Credentials for each of your products
- CivicEngage Central Credentials
- You will need to use the Password credential type
- If you don’t already have them, please contact CivicPlus Support to obtain the API Key and Partition for your CivicEngage site
- CivicReady Credentials
- If you don’t already have it, please contact CivicPlus support to obtain the API Key for your CivicReady site
- CivicEngage Evolve and HCMS will all use HCMS credentials in Integration Hub
- We recommend creating a client that is just used for Integration Hub
- CivicEngage Central Credentials
Extra Steps
- CivicEngage Central: You will need to go to each of your modules and turn on Integration Hub for the categories and/or folders
Note: If you want to sync subscribers between Notify Me and CivicReady, please contact Support to enable this parameter. Due to the sensitive nature of subscriber information, this option is not enabled on each site by default. Please note that any integration using Notify Me as a trigger will not work unless this parameter has been enabled. - CivicEngage Evolve and HCMS: If you haven’t already, you’ll need to update permissions for your Integration Hub Client
