This article will instruct you on how to edit the notifications you receive from Mass Notification.
Resident Portal Experience Instructions
Go to your organization's Resident Portal page
Select the Alerts & Notifications tab

Select the Alerts or Weather Alerts tab

Click Manage Contact Information

Update your contact information, as needed, on Account Service

Existing Experience Instructions
Navigate to your community public signup link. The link is unique to your municipality.
Select Modify or Unsubscribe

Type in your Email address or Phone number

Click Find my profile

If you type in your Phone number, you will be sent a confirmation code by SMS (text). Type in the Confirmation Code, select I'm not a robot, and click Confirm

If you type in your email, you will be sent an email with further instructions. Go to your email and select the link in the email.

Note:
If you can't find the email double check your spam folder.
Edit the necessary information

Click I'm not a robot and then Update My Preferences
