The Unsubscribe Report page is available for administrators with the proper permissions. The report includes Voice, SMS (text message), and Email information for contacts who unsubscribed after receiving an alert.
Important Notes
The Unsubscribe Report was implemented on June 10, 2024. Phone numbers and emails that were unsubscribed before this date will not appear. For alerts sent after June 10, 2024, this information is also available on the respective Alert Details page in the delivery results section.
Contacts who have been deleted will not show on the Unsubscribe Report.
Instructions
Sign in to the system if you have not already
Navigate to Unsubscribe Report
View the users who have unsubscribed from Voice, SMS, or Email alerts
Value: Email or phone that unsubscribed
Reason: SMS (text) and Voice reasons will simply show as Unsubscribed. Email will show the following:
User Initiated: The recipient unsubscribed with the method available
Admin Initiated: The recipient was unsubscribed by the agency, possibly due to a phone call or other contact with the recipient
Email Bounced: The system automatically unsubscribed the recipient due to multiple failed deliveries
Email Complaint: The recipient submitted the received email to their provider as Junk or Spam
Unsubscribe Date: The date the user unsubscribed
Source: The source responsible for the unsubscribing of the phone number.
Phone Type: Each unsubscribed number displays the type of phone associated with it (such as cell or business).
Unsubscribed Alert ID: The Alert ID (identification) of the message in which the recipient unsubscribed. Clicking the Alert ID on the report will direct you to the Alert History of the message that was sent.
