This article will show you how to add, view, edit, and delete attachments for a board in the Boards and Committees module.
Important Note
Before you start, ensure that you have configured your dropdown options.
Add Board Attachments
Sign in to your solution if you have not already
Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Boards and Committees option:

Click the Boards tab:

Select the desired board:

Click the Documentation tab:

Click the Add Document button:

Fill in the Add Document fields:

File Name: Enter a name for your file
File Type: Select a file type from the drop-down list
Note:
The file types available will depend on how you have configured the dropdown options.
Click the Select File button and locate the desired file in your computer's File Explorer:

Note:
After selection, two new file options will appear: Change and Remove:

Change: Select a new file to replace the existing file
Remove: Delete the file from the system
Click the Save button to attach the document:

Note:
You can click the red X button to exit the Add Document dialog without saving your changes:

The file is attached and will now appear in the Documentation tab with new Edit and Action options:

Edit (blue pencil icon): Edit the file name or file type for your document, or select a new file to replace the existing attachment
Delete (red trashcan icon): Remove the attached document
View (green computer icon): View or download the attached document
Repeat steps 6 through 9 as many times as necessary
View Board Attachments
Sign in to your solution if you have not already
Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Boards and Committees option:

Click the Boards tab:

Select the board with the documents you wish to view:

Click the Documentation tab:

Click the View button (green computer icon) next to the document you wish to view:

The documentation will be downloaded to your device
Repeat step 6 as many times as necessary
Edit Board Attachments
Sign in to your solution if you have not already
Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Boards and Committees option:

Click the Boards tab:

Select the board with the documents you wish to edit:

Click the Documentation tab:

Click the Edit button (blue pencil icon) next to the document you wish to edit:

Update the Add Document fields, as desired:

File Name: Edit the name of your file
File Type: Update the file type
Note:
The file types available will depend on how you have configured the dropdown options.
Click the Change button to select a new file to replace the existing file, or click the Remove button to delete the file from the system, if desired:

Click the Save button:

Note:
You can click the red X button to exit the Add Document dialog without saving your changes:

The attachment has been edited
Repeat steps 6 through 9 as many times as necessary
Delete Board Attachments
Sign in to your solution if you have not already
Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Boards and Committees option:

Click the Boards tab:

Select the desired board:

Click the Documentation tab:

Click the Delete button (red trashcan icon) next to the document you wish to delete:

Click the OK button on the pop-up box that appears to confirm the deletion:

The attachment has been deleted
Repeat steps 6 and 7 as many times as necessary
