Released Enhancements

Auto-Enable Auto-Timestamp Setting

To reduce manual effort during live meetings, Agenda and Meeting Management Select now offers a setting that automatically enables the auto-timestamp function when recording meeting progress.

The Enable Auto-timestamp function when Set Current button is selected checkbox in the Add Event Template modal.

Key Enhancements

  • Template-Level Setting: A new checkbox, “Enable Auto-timestamp function when ‘Set Current’ button is selected,” is available when adding or editing an Event Template.

  • Automated Workflow: When enabled, clicking the “Set Current” button during a meeting automatically triggers the auto-timestamp function.

  • Reduced Manual Steps: Users no longer need to manually select the auto-timestamp checkbox for each item, ensuring consistent timing data capture.

What to Expect

Agenda managers can now rely on the system to automatically record timestamps, reducing the risk of missing timing data and allowing them to focus more on meeting proceedings.

Agenda Item Names on Public Engagement Forms

To improve clarity for the public, the Speaker Sign-Up and Written Comment forms now prominently display the name of the specific agenda item.

What to Know

Members of the public will have greater confidence when submitting requests or comments, as the specific meeting item context is now clearly visible on the form.
