Our Agenda and Meeting Management Select solution is designed to work on many different browsers and devices. To best serve our customers, our Support team is equipped to troubleshoot issues with some of the most common browsers and devices. This article will provide information on the browsers and devices that our Support team can assist with.

Note:

Our Agenda and Meeting Management Select solution may function as expected on many browsers, including ones that are listed as Not Supported in the previous table. A "not supported" designation indicates that our Support team is unable to escalate bug reports for problems that occur with that specific browser. If a customer who uses an unsupported browser contacts Support for help with an issue, Support will ask the customer to switch to a supported browser before troubleshooting.

Device Support

Boardview can run on tablets, as long as the tablet is supported by a browser from the foregoing Supported Browsers table.
