File Sending Prevented When the Notification Service Is Down

Users are now prevented from sending agenda files when the notification service is down to ensure accurate email delivery status. When the notification service is unavailable, the Send button will be disabled. Users will see a "Service currently unavailable. Check back soon" error message. The page will also load with the button disabled if the service is down.

Improved PDF Search Tool

We have improved the PDF Search Tool to highlight all instances of a keyword by default. This should provide better visibility. When searching in the PDF viewer, all occurrences of the keyword will be highlighted instead of just one. The currently selected result will be highlighted in green and updated dynamically as the user navigates through the results. All other matching results will be highlighted in yellow. Previously selected results will switch to purple.

Added Support for Aptos and Raleway Fonts

The Aptos and Raleway fonts are now available for use in agendas. These fonts can be selected and applied within the Text Editor.

Live Meeting Manager and Board Portal Updates

Improved Speaker Management Functionality in Minutes Speaker View and Individual Items

The speaker management functionality in Minutes Speaker View and individual items has been improved. This should help ensure a more consistent user experience.

The Edit Speaker modal with new improvements including a Delete Speaker button.

Expectations

  • Users can now delete a speaker from a single item using the red X-icon and Save Changes button, or by selecting the Delete Speaker button in the popup.

  • The Remove Speaker button has been renamed to Delete Speaker for clarity.

  • The confirmation message has been updated to: "Are you sure you want to delete [Speaker] from all items?"

  • If a speaker is assigned to multiple items:

    • Clicking the red X-icon and the Save Changes button removes the speaker from the selected item(s) only.

    • Clicking the Delete Speaker button removes the speaker from all assigned items.

  • After deleting a speaker:

    • Users remain on the Minutes Speaker page if deleting from that view.

    • Users remain on the same item page if deleting from an item.
