Manage Custom Security Profiles

Prev Next

Custom Security Profiles allow you to assign different permissions to a user based on meeting type. This is useful when a user needs varying levels of access across boards, committees, or workflows.

Custom Security Profiles are layered on top of a user’s primary Security Profile and override permissions for the selected meeting types. They are managed at the user level, allowing you to fine-tune access without creating new system-wide roles. For example, a user can be a Standard User for most meeting types but have Agenda Manager access for a specific board.

This article explains how to add, edit, and delete Custom Security Profiles on a user account.
