AI Generated Minutes can be turned on or off for each meeting type. You can also select a reference example for each meeting type. This is called Customer-Defined Style Matching. It tells AI Generated Minutes how to match your style, tone, and detail level. This article shows you how to configure AI Generated Minutes. It also shows you how to select, remove, and view a reference example.
Important Notes:
These instructions are only applicable for organizations that have AI Generated Minutes enabled. For more information or to enable AI Generated Minutes, contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.

Select or Remove a Meeting Type’s AI Reference Example
You can select a published minutes example to use as an AI reference for each meeting type. The reference example tells AI Generated Minutes how to match your style, tone, and detail level, but the content always comes from the meeting you’re generating minutes for. What matters most is how many specific facts the example captures, not how long it is.
If your reference example names public commenters and lists their specific concerns, your summaries will include more attributed detail, such as who spoke, where they’re from, and what they asked for. If it condenses each item to a short line with no names, your summaries will be briefer and focus on outcomes. Either way, summaries stay concise and cover the same agenda items.
Choose a published set of minutes from the same meeting type that reads the way you want future minutes to read.
Important Note:
Only one AI reference example can be selected for a meeting type, but the reference example can be changed at any time by clearing the active reference and selecting a new one.
