AI Generated Minutes gives you a first draft of your meeting minutes. It combines your own discussion notes with AI-generated summaries in a dedicated AI Minutes view. This article walks you through reviewing the AI summaries and discussion text. It shows how to move, edit, and delete entries before you finalize and publish your minutes.
Important Notes:
These instructions are only applicable for organizations that have AI Generated Minutes enabled. For more information or to enable AI Generated Minutes, contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
These steps are for reviewing and editing an AI Minutes draft that's already been created. To generate summaries first, see the Generate AI Minutes Summaries article.
Instructions
Sign in to your site if you have not already
Navigate to the Meetings module:

Select the agenda that has the AI summaries you want to review and edit:

Click the Go to Minutes button:

Navigate to the View menu and select the AI Minutes option from the dropdown list:

You will be directed to the AI Minutes page for the selected meeting:

Check the draft minutes status banner to confirm the AI summaries are ready:

Important Notes:
The status banner shows the current state of the summary generation process. If the summaries are not ready, the process may still be running, or an error may have occurred. See the AI Summary Generation Status Banner article to learn what each banner means. For instructions on how to start or restart the generation process, see the Generate AI Minutes Summaries article.
If you need to regenerate the AI summaries at any time, click the Regenerate button.
Scroll through the main panel to view sections, items, AI summaries, and discussion text; or click an option in the sidebar Agenda to jump to it:

Note:
When the event has a recording and on-demand or auto timestamps have been applied, clicking a section or item in the sidebar also jumps the recording to that point, not just the panel.
Reorder or reassign any AI summaries that are in the wrong place, as needed:

Drag and drop AI summary cards to reorder content where supported:

Or click an AI summary card’s Reassign tool (up and down arrows icon) to move the summary to a different agenda item, if needed:

In the Reassign AI summary pop-up that appears, click the Reassign to dropdown and select the section or item the AI summary should belong to:

Click the Reassign button:

Important Note:
It is possible that meeting conversations cannot be confidently mapped to agenda sections and items. These appear as unmatched conversations so they can be reviewed and assigned to a section or item rather than dropped. When unmatched conversations exist, an Unmatched Conversation button is displayed. You can click the button to open the Assign unmatched conversations window.

In this window, you can:
Review the transcript segment
Assign it to the correct section or item
Dismiss it if it should not be included in the official record

This workflow helps ensure substantive content is surfaced for human review even when the system cannot place it automatically.
Click inside an AI summary or discussion card to edit the minutes text as needed:

Use the text field to add, edit, or remove content from the AI summary and discussion text:

Use the text formatting and paragraph formatting tools to edit the look of the AI summary and discussion text, if desired:

Click the Reset Changes button (left arrow icon) to restore the AI summary or discussion card to its original content, if needed:

Click the Confirm button to save any edits and consolidate the generated AI summary and discussion field to create one unified editable block for the item:

Notes:
You can also click the Edit discussion button (pencil icon) next to a section or item name to open the text editor:

When there are no discussion notes or AI summaries provided for a section or item, you can click the empty card or its Add notes button to open a blank text editor and enter text:

Following confirmation, users may return to the discussion field to make additional edits or changes.
Click the Delete button (trash can icon) for an AI summary card to remove it from its section or item, as desired:

Note:
You can also use the Bulk Select tool to delete multiple AI summary cards at once, or clear all draft summaries to start fresh. This tool is only available while minutes are in the “In Progress” draft state. It only removes AI summary cards that have not yet been consolidated. Content already merged into the discussion field, or manually added as discussion notes, is not affected, and agenda items themselves are never deleted.

After clicking Bulk Select, check the boxes next to the summaries you want to remove, or click Select All to check every available summary across all agenda items. Click Delete in the toolbar to open a confirmation pop-up.

Click Delete again to confirm. You can click Cancel at either point to back out without making changes.

Repeat steps 8 through 11 until all AI summaries and discussion text have been reviewed and edited
When you are finished, finalize your AI minutes, generate the minutes document, then publish or share it as needed
