This article will show Board members how to vote on a motion in the Board Portal during a meeting.

Instructions
Sign in to the Board Portal if you have not already
Join the relevant meeting and follow along on the agenda details page:
At the appropriate time, the Clerk will initiate a vote and a Vote for Current Item popup will appear in the Board Portal:
Note:
If you do not see a "Vote for Current Item" popup when a vote is initiated, you can click the E-Vote button in the toolbar on any Minutes, Agendas, Notes, or Media page to prompt the popup to appear (the E-Vote button is not visible within the PDF Reader). Click a vote option:
Yes: Vote in support of the motion
No: Vote in opposition to the motion
Abstain: Opt not to vote for or against the motion
Click the Save button:
Your vote has been recorded
