Add a New Channel Thumbnail

This article will show you how to add a new thumbnail to your Channel thumbnail repository.

Important Note:

CivicMedia is a legacy feature. All sales after September 30, 2025, will have our new CivicPlus Video feature. If you currently use CivicMedia and are interested in upgrading to CivicPlus Video, please contact your Account Manager for more information.

System Admin | Owner

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to the CivicMedia™ module:

   1. Expand the Modules menu

   2. Select the Content tab

   3. Click on CivicMedia™

3. Select a channel:

4. Click Actions next to the channel’s heading:
   

5. Select Modify:

6. Click Browse underneath Channel Thumbnail heading:

7. Click the Choose File button:

8. Locate and open an image from your computer:

9. Click the Upload Thumbnail button:

10. Select the new thumbnail, if desired:

11. Click the Save Changes button:
