Add and Manage Real Estate Sellers

This article will show you how to add and manage real estate sellers in the Real Estate Locator module.

Add a Real Estate Seller

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

  1. Sign in to your website solution

  2. Click the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select Real Estate LocatorModules menu, Real estate locator.

  3. Click the Add Seller button Add Seller Button.

  4. Fill in the Seller's information fields Add Seller Information Fields.

    • Name (required): Enter the seller's First and Last Name

    • Email Address (required): Enter the email address of the seller

    • Address (required): Enter a business address (Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code)

    • Phone: Enter the seller's contact phone

    • Fax: Enter the seller's fax number

    • Website: Enter the seller's website

    • This account is for a professional property manager: Check this box to enable the Company field and the option to upload a photo

    • Company (required): Enter the company the seller works for

    • Photo: Upload a photo

  5. Select a Saving option Add Seller Save Options.

    • Save Changes: Saves the Seller’s information; once you save the Seller, they will receive an email with a confirmation link to confirm their account

    • Save and Activate: Saves the Seller’s information and activates the user without the need for a confirmation email

    • Cancel: Exits the Add Seller screen without saving and returns to the Real Estate module page

Modify Seller Information

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

  1. Sign in to your website solution

  2. Click the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select Real Estate LocatorModules menu, Real estate locator.

  3. Click the Actions button related to the Seller you want to add the listing to Actions Button for a Seller.

  4. To modify a seller's information, select the Modify option Seller Actions Menu Modify Option.

  5. Modify the seller's information fields Modify Seller Information Screen.

    • Name (required): Enter the seller's First and Last Name

    • Email Address: This field will be filled with the current email for the Seller's account, and it cannot be modified by administrators but must be changed by the Seller at the account level

    • Address (required): Enter a business address (Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code)

    • Phone: Enter the seller's contact phone

    • Fax: Enter the seller's fax number

    • Website: Enter the seller's website

    • This account is for a professional property manager: Check this box to enable the Company field and the option to upload a photo

    • Company (required): Enter the company the seller works for

    • Photo (optional): Upload a photo

  6. Click the Save Changes button to save Modify Seller Information Save Options.
