Approve or Decline a Submitted Item

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to your Dashboard:The Dashboard button in the admin (administrator) toolbar.

  3. Select the Pending Approval tab on the left-hand navigation menu:The Pending Approval tab highlighted of the Dashboard.

  4. To directly approve the item, select the Approve icon (checkmark in a circle) next to the item:In a list of pending approvals, a submitted item's 'Approve' icon is highlighted.

  5. To decline an item, click the Decline icon (circle with a line through it) next to the item:In a list of pending approvals, a submitted item's 'Decline' icon is highlighted.

Modify a Submitted Item

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to your Dashboard:The Dashboard button in the admin (administrator) toolbar.

  3. Select the Pending Approval tab on the left-hand navigation menu:The Pending Approval tab highlighted of the Dashboard.

  4. Click the Modify button (pencil on paper icon) if you want to review the item first or add notes:In a list of pending approvals, a submitted item's 'Modify' icon is highlighted.

  5. You will be directed to the item. Review, make any needed changes, and publish
