News Flash Link Setting Update
Adjusted backend link settings and front-end behavior for News Flash items based on customer feedback. This update provides a more intuitive experience when managing and displaying News Flash links.
A link or its specified display text will show on the News Flash item when added to the Link field. Checking Open in new window will open the web address link in a new window. Checking the second setting will redirect residents to the web address link instead of allowing them to open the News Flash item.
Leaving Site Popup Removed from All Website Pages
Removed the pop-up feature from all website pages, providing a more ADA accessible and user-friendly experience for site visitors.

Missing Role Information (Redundant Tagging): Addressed redundant or missing role information in page elements. This update improves semantic structure and compliance with accessibility standards.
Inaccessible Start and End Date Selections: Enhanced accessibility for start and end date selection controls, making them fully usable with assistive technologies. This ensures all users can interact with date fields effectively.
Remove Menu Code from Time Period Element in Agenda Center: Removed unnecessary menu code from the Time Period element, streamlining the component and improving maintainability.
Remove Menu Code from Download Element in Agenda Center: Eliminated redundant menu code from the Download element, resulting in cleaner code and improved performance.
Category Selection ARIA Role Changed to Button: Updated the ARIA role for category selection controls to "button" for improved accessibility and accurate assistive technology support.
News Flash Widget | "View All News" Label Consistency: Corrected a mismatch between the label and name for the "View all news" link in the News Flash widget, ensuring accurate labeling for users and assistive technologies.
Alert Center Sidebar Navigation Landmark Label: Added a landmark label to the Alert Center sidebar navigation, improving accessibility and navigation for assistive technology users.
Form Link Opening Behavior Communicated: Updated forms to clearly communicate link opening behavior, ensuring users know when a link will open in a new tab or window.
