Attach a Document to a Bid

This article will show you how to attach a document to a Bid.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Bid Postings:The expanded Modules menu, with the Bid Postings module selected.

  3. Select the category that the bid is in:A list of published categories, with one selected.

  4. Select the item you want to attach a document to:A list of published items, with an example item selected.

  5. Select the Related Documents tab:The modify item page's 'Related Documents' tab is highlighted.

  6. Select the folder with the document you would like to attach:A folder highlighted in a list of document folders.

  7. Select Relate next to the item you want to attach:An example document's 'Relate' action link.

  8. Attach as many documents as you need

  9. Select Save or Save and Send:The modified bid item's save option buttons, 'Save' or 'Save and Send'.

    • Save: This option saves the changes made to the bid.

    • Save and Send: This option saves the changes and sends out a notification.
