Bulk Actions for Field Sets

This article will show you how to use Bulk Actions to make multiple field sets inactive, active, or delete multiple field sets at one time.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules, then Content, and then Form Center:

3. Select the Field Sets tab:

4. Check the boxes next to the desired field sets

   Note:

   Click the box next to Field Sets to select all fieldsets.

5. Expand Bulk Actions:

6. Select Make Active, Make Inactive, or Delete:

   Note:

   You must make a field set inactive before you can delete it.
