This article will show you how to utilize the category Bulk Actions. This allows you to modify multiple categories all at one time.
Bulk Actions
Move to Album: Move the chosen photos into an album
Publish: Makes photos publicly viewable
Unpublish: Makes photos not viewable by the public
Delete: Removes photos from the system
Decline: Decline author-submitted photos
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Photo Gallery
Click on the album
Select the photos you want to apply a Bulk Action to
Note:
You can select an entire album by checking the box next to the album name.
Expand Bulk Actions
Select a Bulk Action
Move to Album: Move the chosen photos into an album
Publish: Makes photos publicly viewable
Unpublish: Makes photos not viewable by the public
Delete: Removes photos from the system (Photos must be unpublished before they can be deleted)
Decline: Decline author-submitted photos
Bulk Actions will immediately take effect
