Add Photos Using Live Edit Photo Gallery

This article will show you how to add photos from the Live Edit Photo Gallery. You can also add photos using the Content Photo Gallery.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules and on the Live Edit tab, select Photo Gallery

3. Ensure Live Edit Is On

4. Select the album you want to modify

5. Click on the KAM icon on any photo

6. Select New Item

7. Fill in the information fields

   • Title: Name of the photo

   • Photo

     1. Select Change Photo

     2. Select the folder containing the image(s) you wish to upload

     3. Check the image(s) you wish to include and click Insert Marked

   • Alternate Text: Descriptive text for accessibility and will appear or be read to those who cannot see the image

   • Caption: Enter a caption for the photo

   • Photo Credit (Optional): Enter the photographer's information

   • Featured? (Optional): Choose whether or not to feature this photo

   • Additional Details

     • Web Address: Add a link to the photo display

     • Display Text: How you want the URL to be read

     • Starting On: Date the image will appear publicly

     • Stopping On: Date the image will be removed from public view

8. Hit Save and Publish
