Change the Request Type of a Request (New CRT)

Occasionally it may be necessary to change the Request Type of a request. This is possible to do with published and archived requests.  

Important Note:

All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of the CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Select the Request Type with the request you want to edit Select a request type.

  3. Click Actions next to the desired Request Actions button.

  4. Click View DetailsActions menu, view details.

  5. Select a Request Type from the drop-down Request type drop-down list.

  6. Type the Reason for moving the requestReason text box.

  7. Click Change Category and respond OK to the pop-up prompt  Change request type button.
