Bulk Activate or Deactivate Users (New CRT)

This article will show you how to bulk activate users or make multiple users inactive.

Important Notes

  • Users must be a member of a group with permissions to RequestTracker (managed via Group Administration or the Permissions tab in the RequestTracker Module) and be active in the Users Tab in the Request Tracker module.

  • All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of the Citizen RequestTracker (CRT™). If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Navigate to the Users tab Users tab.

  3. To select all users, click the checkbox next to either Active Users or Inactive Users. Select user checkboxes.

    • Alternatively, select multiple users if you want to make multiple users, but not all, Active or Inactive.Select all users.

  4. Click Bulk Actions Bulk actions menu.

  5. Select Make Active or Make Inactive Make active or make inactive buttons.
