Copy a Blog Item

This article will show you how to copy a Blog item.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules. Click on Content, then Blog:

  4. Find the item you would like to copy:

  5. Click Choose an Action, then select Copy:

  6. Edit the copied item.

  7. Select a Save option:

    • Save: Will save changes without posting to the live site

    • Save and Publish: Will save changes and publish to the live site

  8. Choose whether to include this in the RSS Feed:

    A prompt asking to include content in the RSS feed with options to Confirm or Cancel.

    • OK: Select OK to include your blog post in the RSS feed

    • Cancel: Select Cancel to exclude your blog post from the RSS feed

  9. A window will open with options to send a notification:

    Blog post notification options include subject, comments, and send settings.

    • Subject: Add a subject heading

    • Comments: Attach a brief description of the blog

    • Send:

      • On Start Date: Sends the notification on the start date previously set

      • Immediately: Sends the notification immediately

      • Select Send, Don’t Send, or Cancel: The notification will be sent to those who signed up in Notify Me® for the selected Blog category
