Copy a Default Item

You may want to copy a Default Item if you want to make a new default item that is similar to an existing default item.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules, then Content, and then Agenda Center:

  2. Select the category that has the Default Item you want to copy:An Agenda Center displaying various boards with agenda counts and submission statuses.

  4. Select Actions next to the existing Default Item:

  5. Select Copy Item:Menu options for meeting agenda with a highlighted 'Copy Item' action.

  6. Modify the options:A form for roll call with fields for name, start time, and description.

    • Name (required): Name of the item

    • Start Time: Enter a desired start time for the item

    • Description: Enter a brief description of the item

    • Attach Files: Click Upload File(s) to upload files from your computer

  7. Select Save Changes or Save and Submit:A form for Roll Call with highlighted options to save changes or approve submissions.

    • Save Changes: Saves as a draft

    • Save and Submit: Saves the item and submits for approval

      Note:

      If you have publishing rights, you will have the option to Save and Approve, which publishes the Default Item for use
