Copy the Link to a Category in Archive Center

This article will show you how to get a link that directs to a category in the Archive Center. The link will only display items within the category.

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Archive CenterThe expanded Modules menu, with the Archive Center module highlighted.

  3. Click Choose an Action next to the desired category and select Copy Most Recent Item Link or Copy List LinkA published item's expanded Action menu with the 'Copy List Link' option selected.

    • Copy Most Recent Item Link: Copy link to the newest item

    • Copy List Link: Copy link to the whole category

  4. Select a link to copyIn the item's Copy Link window, the 'Copy' buttons are highlighted.

    • Link 1 (relative): Use to copy into your site pages or module content

    • Link 2 (absolute): Use to copy into a document or another website
