Download Uploaded Videos

This article will show you how to download videos that are uploaded on CivicMedia™.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your website solution

2. Click to expand the Modules dropdown:

3. Click the Content tab:

4. Click the CivicMedia™ option:

5. Click the Broadcast Now! button:

6. If needed, click the appropriate button to download the HD Wave Broadcaster for either Windows or Mac:

   Note: Step 3 on this pop-up screen contains your Username and Password to enter the HD Wave Broadcaster. Take note of these credentials.

7. Follow the HD Wave Broadcaster prompts to download and open the application

8. Click the link on the modal that reads http://civplus.tikiliveapi.com

9. Enter your Username and Password:

10. Click the Log Me In button

11. Click the Account icon and select the Account Dashboard option:

12. Click the Published Videos menu item, then click on the Edit button for the video you wish to download:

13. Once you are on the video you want to download, scroll down and you should see an Encoding and Publishing tab. Inside that tab, you will see 2 videos; one video is the original (published) and the other is the encoded video on CivicMedia (encoded):

14. Click the download button on either option to download the respective video
