Copy Link to a Video Channel

This article will show you how to link to a Video Channel in CivicMedia™.

CivicMedia is a legacy feature. All sales after September 30, 2025, will have our new CivicPlus Video feature. If you currently use CivicMedia and are interested in upgrading to CivicPlus Video, please contact your Account Manager for more information.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your website

2. Navigate to the CivicMedia™ module:

   1. Expand the Modules menu

   2. Select the Content tab

   3. Click on CivicMedia™

3. Select the channel you would like your link to be on:

4. Click the Actions button:

5. Select Copy Link:

6. Select a link below, copy it, then paste it wherever you need:

   • Top (Relative Link): Used when copying into your site's page or module content

   • Bottom (Full Link): Used when copying into a document or another website
