Email All Plan Holders

This article shows how to email all Plan Holders for a Bid item.

Important Note:

  • Being on the plan holders list does not subscribe users to the Bid category. Users won’t get notifications through Notify Me when updates are made to the bid. You must use this option to send them updates if they are not subscribed.

  • You must first enable the Plan Holders Feature on the Bid Category.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Bid Postings:The expanded Modules menu, with the Bid Postings module selected.

  3. Select the applicable category:A list of published Bid Posting categories, with one highlighted.

  4. Click Actions and then Plan Holders List next to the applicable item:A bid item's Action menu, with its 'Plan Holders List' option selected.

  5. Click the Email All button:The Plan Holders List's 'Email All' button.

  6. Type your message and click Send:The 'Email Plan Holders' pop-up message with its text field and 'Send' button highlighted.
