This option is only available if the reservation was made through the Facilities {{glossary.Module}}. If you made the reservation through the Calendar {{glossary.Module}}, you must go to the Calendar {{glossary.Module}} and modify it there.

Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Sign in to your site
Navigate to {{glossary.Module}}s and on the Content tab, select Facilities
Select the category that contains the facility with the reservation
Click Actions next to the desired Facility
Select View Calendar
Locate and click on the desired Reservation
Click the arrow next to the reservation name
Select Modify
Modify the fields
- Reservation For: Select the facility
- Single / Recurring Event: Indicates if the event is a Single or Recurring Event
- Single Event:
  - From: Choose a start date and time
  - To: Choose an end date and time
  - All Day: Click to indicate that the event occurs all day
- Recurring Event:
  - Start Time / End Time: Indicate times
  - Recurrence Type: Choose daily, weekly, or monthly
    - Daily:
      - Every x day(s): Choose a recurrence cycle
      - Every day: Choose to repeat every day
      - Start Date: Add a start date
      - End: Choose an end date and number of occurrences
    - Weekly
      - Every x weeks on: Choose a recurrence cycle and specify days
      - Start Date: Add a start date
      - End: Choose an end date and number of occurrences
    - Monthly:
      - Day x of every x month(s): Configure your recurrence cycle
      - The x x of every x months" Choose which day of which months to repeat on
      - Start Date: Add a start date
      - End: Choose an end date and number of occurrences
Click Check Availability and Continue
Note:
You may receive the notice that This facility is not available during this time. You can book it anyway by clicking Proceed with Reservation or choose a new date/time.

Enable or Disable the Facility's Calendar
