Export Statistics (New CRT)

This article will show you how to export statistics from the new Citizen RequestTracker (CRT).

Important Note:

All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of the CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator

Instructions

1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker

2. Select the Statistics tab

3. Select a Start and End Date to view requests

4. Click Export

5. The file will automatically download, click to open the file

   Note:

   This step will change, depending on your browser.

6. Open the file to view the report
