The iPhone Request Tracker Category and Request Type are hard-coded and included with all Request Tracker modules.
The iPhone Category or Request Type should not be deleted, as they are used for organizing requests submitted by web browsers on mobile devices.
This category and request type will allow guest request submissions even if both are unpublished. This is expected functionality. The only way this can be prevented is if the module is disabled.
